Hellofresh allows you to suspend your weekly deliveries up to a certain number of weeks into the future. Additionally, they USED to send a weekly email reminding subscribers it was time to select the next week's meals.

This way you could go in, select meals, suspend, change your account info, etc. They have now MYSTERIOUSLY stopped sending emails without notification they were going to do so. In your busy lifestyle they are supposedly helping you with, You are now forced to go in periodically to select and suspend or select your meals. This is VERY SNEAKY that they stopped sending emails when their business is failing.

This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

SNEAKY and Divisive MANEUVER. I will never recommend this company again.
