I received my shipment on the 25th of November, 2017. Two of the meals had rotten Poblano peppers.

When I called them to complain about the two meals they refused to credit me for one of the meals because they said the pepper wasn't a main ingredient. In the third meal there was a hole in the bag the chicken was in. The chicken had a slightly furry coating on the part closest to the hole. We're very lucky that we noticed the moldy chicken before we at it.

So I told them to cancel my subscription and then I was told that in that case, I can forget about any refund! This guy was rude, uncaring and obviously doesn't care about the customer. They're willing to nickel and dime the customer instead of keeping them for the long term. You can see the rotten part on the front of the pepper on the left and the other was rotten on the top.

Check out the link and you'll see the menu for that week. The bottom line...the customer service sucks and 3 out of 4 meals were either rotten or moldy. Don't waste your money because the convenience that Hello Fresh Delivery offers is not worth it, not to mention, dangerous as well.

You take your chances with food poisoning with this company. Eat this crap at your own risk.
