THIRD TIME IN 9 MONTHS, NO MEALS RECIEVED BUT YET I PAID

I signed up in March 2025, since then there has been 3 occasions that I haven't received my boxes that were paid for. After 7 hours on the phone today, 11 reps I talked to, my subscription was canceled by a rep without my permission.

I have gone through heck trying to get my plan straightened out. I am a disabled individual and not able to run to a grocery store. I rely on them for meals...and they dont even notify me that I'm not getting my box. After 7 hours of phone calls, I get a credit, a refund, and a discount but no one wants to let you speak to a CEO to tell them that this issue needs to be addressed.

I am so stressed and at this point will probably look for another meal plan. Coming back to update, I spent more time on the phone, when I went in to order my meals, there was nothing, page wiped blank where menu choices should have been. Also found CEO Email address and sent a detailed message.

I have ordered a box to be delivered 12/29...waiting to see what happens. Hopefully I get a box and the vegetables are not slimey and rotten.

I received a shipment of food from your company I never ordered

Food poisoning

I received my first box yesterday in the morning. I had the first meal for lunch, which was the sheet pan Dijon onion crunch chicken.

I ate the meal. It was good. Everything seemed to be in order; the ice was good and everything. The food was cold.

It didn't smell bad. It tasted okay, but after about an hour or two, I had diarrhea, and when I went to get rid of the diarrhea, I had projectile vomiting, and the whole meal came back up. After about three vomits, I don't think I need to have any more of your meal. I think I've had my best.

I don't know, but anyway, I need to cancel my subscription. I don't want any more of your food, and I need to get a refund for what food I've had, and I don't think I could trust it.

User's recommendation: I don’t know it’s smell good. It looks good. I followed all the directions for temperature time all the things that were on the information sheet. It went got brown like I say it tasted very good but the vomiting and the diarrhea were results of it so there was something in it that Created this problem. I don’t normally vomit very seldom if ever I have been vomited for many years for any reason so it has to be the food. There was something in it that made me very sick. I don’t know what else we could possibly do to be cautious or not have this happen

None of the food choices I looked at yesterday were included in todays menu choices. No discount has been added to my order.

No breakfast has been added to my order. You are too much trouble for what youre worth.

Unable to get a hold of anybody

One of the main things is its almost impossible to get a hold of anybody then the phone number that you have in there is not the correct number. I would like to talk to some human being. If there are such people at your company Ive had a lot of difficulty and I would like to get it resolved if possible

Need help with order

I received food that I never ordered. Somehow it took it out of my Apple Pay, and I never authorized it. It wasn't even food I like, nor would I pay full price when I have a coupon for free meals, and I would like a refund.

The first meal tasted good it was prepared as the instructions were followed .the meal tasted good.two hours later I thru up it all .have been unsure if I can eat anymore i dont know what it was that made me so sick and I am fearful that the others will make me so sick.

I canceled my subscription to Hello Fresh on 7/31/25. I was due a refund of $38.37 to my account ending in 8707. As of today, 9/9/25, I have not received it.
