Hellofresh - I Wish I Didn't Have to Deal With Lasership
I get HelloFresh weekly and they ship using Lasership. One time, my package said "delivered" and was not.
Lasership did nothing (no investigation that they made me aware of). HelloFresh just credited back my money for that week. The second time, tracking number said it was delivered and it wasn't. When I questioned this, the tracking info was CHANGED to show it was still out for delivery.
Received it two days late... Since it's food, some of the contents were inedible. Third time, package never showed up and I called customer service. Waited 25 minutes before hanging up.
No one answered.
I will cancel my HelloFresh if they switch shipping companies. Really dont want to, but I don't want to deal with Lasership's unreliable "deliveries."
