I ordered from HelloFresh and took these pictures the day I got my first order. Calling and telling them about it doesn't do any good because they offered a $10 credit toward future orders.
Why would I order again when I just received a $40 order that was crap. So I should order again and get crap for $30, no thanks.
The onions had mold and rot on them and the tomatoes were not ripe, I place some small RIPE grape tomatoes next to them to show how bad the tomatoes were.
I do not know how they can say the food is fresh when it has mold on it.
I was told by their call center that sending them an email with pictures may take a couple days or even a week to be answered. They didn't care that I had pictures or that I even had a problem that is completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $40.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I liked: Paper bags.
I didn't like: Food quality, Customer service, Price to quality.
