Signed up with a coupon for $50 off ($25 each the first two boxes) and was promptly billed full price for the second box. Emailed billing and customer service and no reply.

I find it deceptive if you make promises that you don't keep, and if you do not reply to questions about it. I canceled my service, but have yet to hear back if I will be reimbursed. I also did not find the value for the money to be appropriate. I can buy double or more the food doing it myself.

I wanted to like this, but the convenience is not there considering the price. Please work on your customer service and don't deceive people with coupons you don't plan to honor.
