Happy customer

I have never had a problem with customer service my problem. The last time I had a subscription with HelloFresh it seemed they were sending me too many meals before I ordered them and it was hard to cancel before they came.

I have the same complaint from my brother who no longer will use you. He also said your prices seem to get higher and higher as time went on with their subscription.

Some squashed fish that bag burst open (could be FedEx) left out ingredients and cooking instructions cards that did not belong to my meals delivered. Customer service is always helpful.

I had a very bad experience with HelloFresh. The food she sends is too many carbs and stuff. I can cook by myself. When I opted out of her club. She continue sending me meals billing me and taking money for her nasty food. It was deaf cows very difficult to get in touch with her And I finally got the right number for Customer Service, which was also hidden and I was not gonna speak to just answer and pay for more *** so anyway, I finally got a hold of the Customer Service. She was nice and I told her that she better pass this message along because I am a pissed consumer Rebekka.
